Hepatitis A

هو مرض التهاب الكبد يسببه الاصابة بفيروس A وهو احد انواع التهاب الكبد الذى يسببه ايضا ايضا فيروس B, C, E

و يشكل خطرا كبيرا اذا لم يعالج

توضح تلك الصورة مد انتشار المرض خاصة فى دول العالم الثالث
لكن الميزة التى تميز تلك الفيروس انه لايسبب مرض مزمن و يمكن علاجه و القضاء عليه و من ثم يكتسب الجسم مناعة ضدة حيث لا يمكنة اصابة الفرد مرة اخرى

Causes:

virus found in stool of patient so, virus can be transmitted by:
1-food and drink which is contaminated by virus

2-transfusion of blood (rare)

3-sexual contact especially oral and anal

symptoms:
1-Nausea
2-vomiting
3-Diarrhea
4-pale or gray colored stool

5-loss of appetite
6-Rash and fatigue

7-Jaundice(اصفرار الجلد و العين)

Diagnosis:
اولا الطبيب بيسأل المريض عما اذا كان تعرض لاحد الاشخاص المصابين بالمرض و عن البيئة التى يعيش فيها و اذا شك الطبيب انه مصاب بالفعل يتم عمل اختبار للدم حيث يلاحظ وجود اجسام مضادة فى الدم بنسبة مرتفعة و كذلك يتم فحص وظائف الكبد التى تظهر فى حالة قصور

Treatment:
No specific treatment exists for hepatitis a ,your own immune system will clear hepatitis A on its own ,but all medications that patients take to relieve severe symptoms of disease

PREVENTION
:

1-Wash hands with soap and warm water several times daily


2-prevent touching contaminated and solid surfaces

3-heat food and water to 85 c to kill virus

Finally , be care of your personal hygiene
